I have been helping companies improve their productivity and
performance for over 20 years. This has included travel agencies as
well as both large and small companies in a variety of other service
industries.
I founded TravelAgentSuccess.com
and the TravelAgentSuccess Newsletter as a way to focus all my knowledge and expertise
on helping travel agents grow their business, gain competitive
advantage, and improve
profitability. My motivation was simply this -- I love my work
and, in today's marketplace, travel agents can profit from the help
that I have to
offer.
Clients believe that what sets me apart from other consultants is
a very unique combination of:
 | Relevant Knowledge (the integration of marketing, psychology,
teaching, and management) |
 | Extensive Experience (over 20 years of business management and
consulting experience) |
 | Proven Skills (diagnostic, planning, problem solving) and ... |
 | A No-Nonsense Approach based on applying principles and
practices that have proven to have enduring value (i.e., not just the
current fad). |
I focus on generating results -- not just vague ideas that
are several steps removed from practical application.
Prior to establishing my own consulting
practice, I served in a series of increasingly-responsible
management positions with one of the largest telecommunications and
information services companies in the world and also co-founded an
entrepreneurial venture in the employer services industry, which I
subsequently sold to my partner.

What I Really Like:
Life, business, my family, my dog, my grandsons, working out at the
gym, watching movies, reading books, walking on the beach, cruises, ...
I am not offering personal coaching and consulting services at
this time.
However, I packaged up some of my expertise in "The
Travel Agent's Relational Marketing RoadMap" program.
This may be just what you need to get to the next level of success through better
marketing.
